I'm working on putting together visuals for my talks on color at the Handcrafted Soapmaker's Guild annual conference in May in Miami.
These are today's sample batches - Clockwise from top - an example of a triadic color scheme with no scent; natural color from the herb yellow dock with a white floral scent; sample of a new Annabella & Co. soap called Sulis, scented with clary sage and lavender in honor of the Goddess of the city of Bath.

It's time for some Spring Cleaning and I decided to make up a fresh batch of surface cleaning spray. A surfactant, some borax, and blood orange essential oil. Works like a charm and it smells great around here.

It is amazing how much variety there is in soap color without added color. And how much the color changes when one oil is changed.

These soaps are so beautiful. They are a study in marbling. They are part of a series of one-off batches from the Sheddio studio sessions. Gorgeous.
